Questions to settle before signing
Do the displayed prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. The standard Belgian VAT rate of 21% is added to the quote, unless a special scheme or intra-Community reverse charge applies.
Can the final price change after signing?
The price for the signed scope remains the price in the quote. Any additional feature or service requires a written, priced amendment, submitted for your approval before work begins.
What recurring costs should I expect?
Depending on the project: hosting, domain, e-commerce platform, CRM, email marketing, automation tools or maintenance. These are presented separately before signing and, when paid upfront by Kanexio, recharged at cost with supporting documentation.
How does payment work?
For web projects, the proposed payment schedule is 40% on signing, 30% on approval of the preview, 20% on launch and 10% after a 30-day stabilisation period. The quote remains the contractual document and may provide arrangements tailored to the project.
