How much does a Kanexio engagement cost?
Our engagements start at €2,500 for a digital strategy + roadmap, €4,500 for a business website, and €1,200/month for online visibility (managed SEO + Google Ads). Every quote is detailed and transparent: no hidden costs. The first conversation is free so we can assess your needs.
Why choose Kanexio over a large agency?
You speak directly to Hani, who scopes the project and remains your identified point of contact. An agency may offer a larger team or a different structure. Above all, compare the people involved, the scope, the deliverables and the handover terms.
Are results guaranteed?
Kanexio does not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue. The proposal commits to a scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and a schedule. Indicators are used to measure, not to promise an outcome that depends on the market or a platform.
What happens after delivery?
For applicable web projects, the quote may include a 30-day stabilisation period for defects within the delivered scope. After that, optional maintenance or one-off support may be offered. The terms of the quote remain contractually binding.
Who is Kanexio NOT for?
Kanexio is best suited to SMEs, independent experts and professional practices that want to define a digital investment and can provide the necessary access, content and approvals. If the budget, timeline or scope is incompatible, this is flagged before a proposal is made.
What happens at the first meeting?
A 30-minute video or telephone call helps us understand your context, needs, dependencies and timeline. A proposal is then prepared if the scope can be defined. The meeting creates no obligation to proceed.
What types of projects do you take on?
We support Belgian businesses across their entire digital strategy: websites, search optimisation (SEO, AEO, GEO), online advertising (Google Ads, Social Ads), visual identity, AI automation and tailored training. Every project is scoped individually.
Do you only work in Brussels?
Our office is in Uccle (Rue Vanderkindere 524), but we work with clients throughout Belgium and occasionally internationally. Most discussions take place by video call, with in-person meetings in Brussels at key stages.
How long does a project usually take?
The timeline depends on scope, access, content, integrations and how quickly approvals are provided. The proposal sets out the project's milestones and dependencies. A generic duration does not constitute a commitment.
Do you offer maintenance after delivery?
Yes. The contract can cover technical updates, monitoring, backups, support and minor fixes. The frequency, response time, exclusions and price are detailed in the proposal.
How do you measure results?
The measurement plan is defined for each project. It may include Search Console, GA4, a tag manager, a CRM or a dashboard. The tools, consent requirements, events, data limitations and reporting frequency are specified in the scope.
Which technologies do you use?
Depending on the context, Kanexio may use Astro, Tailwind CSS, WordPress or Elementor. Measurement may include GA4, a tag manager and Consent Mode. The choice depends on requirements, access rights, budget, maintenance and applicable obligations. No tool makes a setup compliant on its own.
