What is an outsourced digital director?
An outsourced digital director manages a digital strategy on an assignment basis, with an agreed volume and scope. They can define the roadmap, coordinate providers, manage KPIs and support the management committee without automatically replacing production teams. How much does outsourced digital leadership cost in Brussels?
Three packages are presented: 1 day/month at €2,500 excluding VAT/month, 2 days/month at €4,500 excluding VAT/month and 4 days/month at €8,500 excluding VAT/month. Terms, duration and scope are confirmed in the proposal. Any comparison with permanent employment must start from your actual costs and a genuinely comparable level of capacity.
Why choose outsourcing rather than permanent employment?
Outsourcing can be relevant when a business seeks management capacity limited in time or volume, with a defined scope. Permanent employment may be preferable for an ongoing need, an internal management role or substantial daily presence. The choice depends on the full cost, responsibilities, availability and expected level of integration.
How many days per month should we plan for?
The volume depends on digital maturity, the number of workstreams, the internal team and the expected level of coordination. Scoping estimates useful capacity, and the schedule can then be reviewed against the workload actually observed. The packages provide guidance, not a universal rule.
Is the commitment long?
Duration, renewal, notice and transition arrangements are specified in the proposal and service contract. A documented handover can be included to preserve continuity with an internal team or another provider.
Does the leadership service cover operational work?
Not by default. Leadership defines strategy, coordinates providers and manages KPIs. Production (content, development, design, ads) is handled by your internal team, existing providers or our dedicated services under separate quotes. Our role is to coordinate, rather than execute. This separation of roles ensures your long-term independence.
Do you attend management committee meetings?
Yes, in the 2 and 4 days/month packages. Attendance at least quarterly (presentation of digital KPIs, business cases, costed recommendations). Monthly attendance is possible if necessary (counted within allocated days). For the 1 day/month package, occasional attendance is available on request (charged additionally at €850 excluding VAT per half-day).
