Frequently asked questions

All about the digital roadmap.

Why a 12-month digital roadmap?
A 12-month horizon lets you spread foundations, experiments and investments over four quarters while keeping regular review points. This framework remains indicative: some priorities may move faster, be postponed or be replaced depending on data, resources and market developments.
How much does a digital roadmap cost in Brussels?
Three packages are presented: Express roadmap at €4,500 excluding VAT, Roadmap + 6 months of support at €8,500 excluding VAT and Roadmap + 12 months of leadership from €2,500/month excluding VAT. Scope, deliverables and terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Does the roadmap include execution?
Not by default. The roadmap defines WHAT to do and WHEN. Execution (content creation, website redesign, Ads campaigns, feature development) is carried out by your internal team, existing providers or us under separate quotes. Our Outsourced Leadership package includes coordinating execution, but not direct production.
Can you work with my existing providers?
Yes, this is common. Our role in the Management or Leadership package is to define the roadmap and coordinate your existing providers (creative agency, freelance developer, hosting provider, media). We coordinate rather than replace. A shared briefing, consolidated monitoring and unified reporting help your providers focus and make your project more consistent.
What is the difference between a roadmap and a marketing plan?
The digital roadmap frames key choices across several areas: visibility, conversion, content, acquisition, retention, measurement, tools and compliance. A marketing plan can then translate some of these choices into campaigns and operational sequences. Time horizons are adapted to the context; they are not a universal rule.
How long before the first results?
There is no universal timeframe. Speed depends on the starting point, competition, resources, quality of execution and the area concerned. The roadmap therefore distinguishes foundations, tests and structural workstreams, then measures their progress against a baseline. It organises decisions, but guarantees neither algorithmic rankings nor commercial results.
Is the roadmap fixed or evolving?
It is designed as a living document. The initial version provides direction; priorities are then reviewed based on KPIs, learnings, resources and market developments. Monthly and quarterly reviews are proposed management rhythms to adapt to the project.
