Frequently asked questions
All about the 360 audit.
What is the difference between the 360 strategic audit and the technical performance audit?
The 360 strategic audit covers 8 cross-cutting dimensions (strategy, SEO, performance, conversion, tracking, UX, mobile, GDPR) with an overview to guide your roadmap. The technical performance audit goes deeper but is limited to performance itself (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, technical optimisations). For a strategic starting point: a 360 audit. For targeted technical optimisation: a performance audit.
How much does a 360 strategic audit cost in Brussels?
Three packages: Express audit at €2,500 excluding VAT for simple websites (business websites, self-employed professionals). Complete 360° audit at €4,500 excluding VAT for SMEs and e-commerce. Premium 360° audit from €7,500 excluding VAT for complex websites (multilingual, marketplaces, B2B). The exact scope is confirmed before the assignment.
How long does it take to receive the report?
The schedule depends on the number of pages, languages, available access and depth of analysis. The stages remain the same: briefing, technical and manual checks, synthesis, then presentation. The precise schedule is stated in the proposal before starting.
Does the audit require admin access to my website?
Admin access is not always essential, but it allows us to check elements invisible from the public website, such as certain cache, plugin or data collection configurations. Requested access is limited to the necessary scope and can be covered by a confidentiality agreement.
Does the audit lead to an additional assignment?
Not necessarily. The report is designed to be actionable by your internal team or another provider (it is technically neutral). If you wish to appoint us for implementation, we already know your context and can start immediately. Three options: implement internally, appoint another provider, or appoint us for the roadmap + management.
Which tools do you use for the audit?
The selection depends on scope: Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights for performance, WebPageTest for loading, Screaming Frog for crawling, Search Console and GA4 when access is available, plus WAVE and axe DevTools for certain accessibility checks. The use of each tool and data processing must be configured and assessed in the client's context.
Does the audit also cover WCAG accessibility?
Yes. The review uses WCAG 2.2 as a technical reference and combines automated and manual checks: contrast, HTML semantics, keyboard navigation, components, forms and compatibility with assistive technologies. However, an automated audit is neither legal certification nor proof of full compliance. Applicable obligations depend on the service, organisation and legal framework involved.
