Automate preparation without giving up control

An AI model can suggest variants based on authorised data and business rules. Kanexio designs the workflow, approvals, fallback options and measurement, without promising a result or perfect personalisation for every recipient.

The visual guide

A generated draft is not yet an email ready to send

  1. Authorised data

Use only the fields and facts selected during scoping.

  2. Preparation

Assemble or reword content based on the approved brief.

  3. Review

Check the substance, tone and sending rules.

  4. Controlled sending

Apply the approved conditions and stop rules.

One possible orchestration model. The exact approvals are defined with your team.

A campaign can use shared content, segments or variants. AI adds a preparation capability: rewording a passage, adapting an angle or assembling a draft from approved elements. This does not automatically make the message relevant, accurate or lawful.

In a Kanexio workflow, the orchestrator receives only the data agreed during scoping. Authorised fields, provenance, retention period, models, logs and approval steps are documented. Data inferred or obtained elsewhere is not used simply because it is technically accessible.

For an expert practice, a rule could distinguish a quote request from an editorial subscription, then suggest a draft suited to the reason stated by the person. The content, sending time and stop condition remain defined by the business and approved before activation. The same principle can support automated prospecting scenarios, following a separate review of their legal basis.

6 AI capabilities for your campaigns

Assisted editorial variants

The model can suggest several phrasings based on a brief, approved facts and a brand tone. A rule or person chooses the variant to test. The model does not know its actual probability of being opened.

🎨

Personalised introduction for each contact

Usable fields are limited to data approved for the scenario. A fallback version is provided when information is missing. Sensitive claims can be locked into non-generated blocks.

Rule-based scheduling

Time zone, message type, team availability and known preferences can guide scheduling. Open signals are interpreted cautiously, and no time slot guarantees better performance.

📊

Explainable qualification

Criteria, weightings and thresholds are chosen by the business and made visible in the workflow. An alert flags an event to examine; it does not independently decide a person's commercial value.

🧪

Test orchestration

The workflow can allocate variants according to a protocol defined in advance. The number of variants, allocation, duration and decision criterion depend on your volume and acceptable uncertainty.

🛑

Disengagement rules

The business defines what it considers inactivity, which signals are reliable and what action is planned: pause, preference request, exclusion from a campaign or application of the retention policy. No universal deletion rule is imposed.

FAQ

Your questions about AI email marketing

How much does Kanexio AI-automated email marketing cost?

Displayed Kanexio commercial terms for this service: setup from €2,800 to €6,200 depending on scope and optional maintenance at €380 per month. The stated scope may include up to 30,000 personalisations per month as a usage cap, not a sending target. The model, credits, sequences and limits are confirmed in the quote.

How does this differ from a tool such as Mailchimp?

Email platforms already offer templates, segments, automations and tests depending on their plan. Bespoke orchestration can connect several sources, apply business-specific approvals or produce assisted drafts. Its value depends on the need, risk and total cost, not on automatic superiority.

Do we need a CRM in place first?

Not necessarily. The workflow needs a structured, controlled data source suited to the scenario. This may be a CRM, ERP or dedicated database. Kanexio checks fields, access rights, provenance and requirements before recommending a tool.

Can AI send an awkward or inaccurate email?

Yes. A model can fabricate, misinterpret data or produce an inappropriate tone. Locked content, schema validation, term lists, data limits and human review reduce some risks without eliminating them. A moderation tool classifies certain sensitive content categories but verifies neither the truth of a claim nor its marketing compliance.

Official sources

Scoping must account for data processing, the email provider and the model actually selected:
