Write, review and test your emails using your own data
This practical course helps your team structure a message, clarify its call to action, design a sequence and prepare a test whose results can be interpreted. Exercises use your real campaigns, without promising open, click or conversion rates.
Marketers, SME leaders and independent professionals who already have a list
This training is for teams that already have a list, a sending platform and campaigns to examine. Contact volume and sending frequency alone do not determine whether the training is relevant. If your collection process still needs building, our email marketing support addresses that framework first.
Typical participants: an SME marketer managing email, a business leader writing customer communications or an independent professional seeking a preparation, review and measurement method.
Kanexio prerequisites: access to your platform and a sample of past campaigns for the exercises. No technical prerequisites. The training covers the message, testing protocol and sending checks, not HTML code.
Kanexio format: two days, six modules, 70% practical
Review the email in the order readers encounter it
-
Subject and preview text
They establish the topic before the email is opened.
-
Introduction
It connects the message to the recipient’s context.
-
Body
Hierarchy and evidence make the proposal understandable.
-
Call to action
The reader knows what they can do next.
Module 1 · Anatomy of a readable email
Subject line, preview text, introduction, body hierarchy and call to action. Length and structure are assessed in the intended email client and context. A workshop on your own emails.
Module 2 · Persuasive copywriting
AIDA, PAS, PASTOR and Before-After-Bridge frameworks as working tools, not guarantees. Vocabulary choices, precise evidence, a consistent tone and a clear call to action. Commentary and analysis of examples.
Module 3 · Sequence architecture
Welcome, quotation follow-up, information, re-engagement or a complementary service. Message count, cadence, stop conditions and calls to action are defined for your case. The Kanexio deliverable includes two sequences developed in the workshop.
Module 4 · Rigorous A/B testing
An explicit hypothesis, one main variable, a decision criterion set before sending and cautious interpretation of the result. Sample size and duration depend on your traffic, baseline and acceptable uncertainty.
Module 5 · Technical and GDPR checks
Domain authentication, sender identity, bounce handling, unsubscribe, data provenance, privacy information and legal basis. The training provides a checklist, without guaranteeing inbox placement or legally validating a setup.
Module 6 · Kanexio editorial calendar
This course includes a 12-month working calendar built around your audiences, resources and key moments. It can be adjusted after observing actual responses.
Examine an email subject line before sending
This framework neither predicts opens nor assigns a score. It highlights elements to check in your context, then test using your own data.

Your questions
What numerical target should we set after training?▾
There is no universal rate that applies to every list and objective. We start with your history, distinguish technical signals from business results and define a comparison protocol. Any observed improvement still needs to be interpreted in light of its volume, period and attribution limits.
How does this differ from practical AI training, which covers AI email marketing?▾
This course covers the message, review, testing protocol and sending checks. Practical AI training covers orchestration and assistance from AI models. The choice depends on your team’s need: writing and measuring better, or designing an automated flow.
Is coaching available after training?▾
Yes. Kanexio’s published terms: individual coaching at €280 per hour. Content and frequency are confirmed before the session, for example to review a campaign, prepare a test or work on a new sequence.
