Generative models can help prepare, summarise, rephrase or classify information. The benefit depends on the task, data, human checks and integration. The training teaches you to describe a need, check an output and decide what can actually be automated.
Typical participants: marketers (content creation, analysis), SME leaders (meeting preparation, summaries, strategic brainstorming), operations teams (repetitive task automation) and sales teams (lead pre-qualification, follow-up).
Prerequisites: no development is required for the basic exercises. Some integrations may need API access or technical validation. Bring a few use cases and examples with all sensitive data removed.
Two days, six modules, mostly practical
Module 1 · Structured prompt engineering
The CRAFT method (Context, Role, Action, Format, Tone), few-shot examples, chain-of-thought and system prompts. A workshop on five real examples from your daily work.
Module 2 · Custom GPTs in ChatGPT
Create GPTs for your work: a newsletter writing assistant, lead qualifier or FR/NL/EN translator. Connect your document library. Share them with your team.
Module 3 · Automation with n8n + Make
Prototypes in n8n or Make: a trigger, processing by the selected model, validation and delivery to an authorised tool. Access and feasibility determine what can be built during the session.
Module 4 · Priority business use cases
Content, enquiry qualification, translation, summaries and document research: defining inputs, outputs, validation and situations to exclude.
Module 5 · GDPR, risks and safeguards
Product-specific data controls, minimisation, pseudonymisation, factual errors, human validation, a usage log and an internal policy.
Module 6 · 90-day roadmap
A personal plan: priorities, owners, access, checks and the next test. Deadlines are set around your organisation’s constraints.

Do I need technical skills?▾
Not for the basic exercises. A simple workflow can be assembled visually. However, APIs, authentication, errors, security rules or business integrations may require technical expertise.
GDPR: can ChatGPT be used professionally in Belgium?▾
It depends on the purposes, data, contracts, settings, recipients and transfers. Data controls differ between products. The training teaches you to document usage and avoid sending personal data unnecessarily; it does not provide blanket legal approval.
Will my team adopt it?▾
No adoption rate is promised. Working on real tasks mainly helps identify missing access, risks, training needs and the conditions for a useful test earlier.
