We start with your situation, objectives and resources. Every proposed solution must address an identified need. When a simpler option is enough, we explain it. Any partners and links of interest are disclosed when relevant to your assignment.
You understand why a solution is recommended and the trade-offs it involves.
Scope, deliverables, fees and deadlines are defined in a detailed proposal. Platform, licence, hosting or advertising costs are distinguished from Kanexio services. Any change affecting budget or timing requires prior agreement.

Approval stages are agreed during scoping. You can examine planned elements before publication. Significant changes, their consequences and outstanding decisions are explained so you can give informed approval.

It can assist research, writing, design, development or certain processing tasks. Kanexio remains responsible for the choices made and checks before delivery. You can ask which uses concern your project, what data is needed and what checks are planned.
