Connect decisions, projects and measurement
One point of contact to connect your initiatives
Your digital management
-
Priorities
Decide on actions according to your objectives and available resources.
-
Contributors
Coordinate the roles and work included in the scope.
-
Monitoring
Document decisions, indicators and the next adjustments.
An SME may have several digital initiatives without an internal role to connect them. The website, search visibility, campaigns, content and measurement can then move forward with different priorities or different people in charge.
Ongoing support establishes a main point of contact. This person helps set priorities, coordinates contributors, carries out the agreed actions and documents decisions. The scope depends on the skills already available within the business.
This model is relevant when an organisation wants regular management without committing too early to a fixed role, team or amount of support. Frequency and deliverables are defined after scoping, then formalised in the quote.
Three organisational models, three uses
| Criterion | Kanexio outsourced leadership | Internal role | Separate specialists |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main use | Manage and execute a defined scope | Take long-term ownership of the function within the team | Provide targeted expertise for each initiative |
| Frequency | Monthly days defined in the quote | According to the role and employment contract | According to each engagement |
| Execution | Included according to the agreed scope | Depends on the skills recruited | Shared between the selected specialists |
| Coordination | One point of contact and documented follow-up | Handled by the internal organisation | To be organised by the client or a coordinator |
| Changes to scope | Adjustable by written agreement | According to the role and organisation | According to the engagement contracts |
| Terms | Pricing, availability and notice confirmed in the contract | Defined by the employment contract | To be checked with each provider |

Your questions about ongoing support
How do we get started?▾
An initial conversation clarifies the need, useful access and responsibilities. The proposal then specifies deliverables, frequency, the proposed start date and monitoring criteria. These commitments only take effect once the quote or contract has been accepted.
What notice is required to terminate?▾
The proposed notice period for recurring support is stated in the contract. It may vary according to the scope, commitments already scheduled and third-party services. It must therefore always be confirmed before signing.
Do you also replace the CIO / IT manager?▾
No. The scope is marketing/digital/SEO/ads/content/AI automation. It does not cover pure IT (networks, infrastructure, user support). For those subjects, we recommend specialist partners in Brussels. For digital marketing, we cover the full strategy → execution → measurement chain.
What happens during unavailability (illness, holidays)?▾
Relevant access, configurations and decisions are documented. Where specific continuity arrangements are needed, the handover plan, contacts and service level are explicitly defined in the contract.
How do we move from 1 day to 4 days/month?▾
Frequency can change by written agreement according to priorities, availability and budget. The new arrangement is confirmed before committing the relevant working periods.
