01 · The context
Organising technical services around their uses.
Ohm Sweet Home serves private customers, shops, businesses and the hospitality sector in Brussels, Walloon Brabant and Flemish Brabant. A single project may involve several trades, while a breakdown calls for quick access to useful information.
The redesign takes the previous website’s service content and organises it around three areas. Detailed pages, repair sections and the calculator offer distinct routes according to the visitor’s situation.
02 · The design choices
An identity that starts
with the client’s craft.
Comfort as the starting point
A light layout combines interior views, readable headings and blue accents. Atmospheric illustrations suggest how spaces are used without presenting themselves as photographs of completed projects.
Three service areas that are easy to explore
Electrical, heating and plumbing services each have their own landing page. Navigation connects these areas to specific jobs: lighting, charging, compliance, heat generation or bathrooms and other wet areas.
Guidance at every decision
Explanations, frequently asked questions and contact links stay close to the relevant services. Visitors can prepare a project, find repair information or start an estimate.
03 · The service journey
From a technical need to a prepared enquiry.
The calculator brings together the inputs needed for an initial estimate, then connects them to the contact form.

The visitor selects the type of service. For a repair, they also specify the preferred time slot.

Locate the work
The journey distinguishes Brussels from travel outside Brussels. Distance and relevant options complete the enquiry.

Review the estimate
The summary sets out the starting fee and selected items. The conditions explain what still needs to be confirmed.

The visitor enters their contact details and message. The calculator selections accompany the form to prepare the conversation with the team.
